Are you and your children vaccinated?

According to Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, immunizations protect babies and young children against 14 serious diseases.

Children may be eligible to receive free vaccines through the Vaccine for Children Program before their 19th birthday if they:

1.  Are Medicaid eligible

2.  Do not have health insurance

3.  A underinsured or

4.  Are an American Indian or Alaskan Native.

If you meet one or more of the above criteria; bring your child into Callaway County Health Department to get them up to date on their shots.  We will keep a record of their immunizations on the Show Me Vax system and if you have other records we will add them to Show Me Vax so there is an up to date record when they start school or the school nurse (or daycare provider) asks for their records.
